High Focus a Video that brings you gamma brainwaves to focus for your Wo...

Here is another great way to gain focus and High energy quickly http://youtu.be/lhSAGn8zqR4

Put on your headsets.

Sit back and relax...clear your mind and allow your brain to get in sync with the sound and the visuals.

I use this sort of Gamma soundtrack when I want to meet a deadline or need to concentrate.

High focus can be used for creativity or when you need to study.

I also suggest that you find a video or soundtrack that will help you change you brain sync to a calmer level. You WILL be amazed how the brain works and is influenced by sound and sight...there is such a thing as sound and visual overload.

I will be posting more of these videos, along with some excellent products that you might want to invest in to further your ability to meditate, relax or enhance your creativity and work.  You can also find more of these videos by Chris Fuertes  at YouTube

ENJOY!!

BrainSync - Theta Wave w/ Fractals

This has got to be the coolest video I have ever watched in relation to Brain Sync. The audio track that is used in this video is Kelly Howard's "High Focus", which stimulates the brain into the Theta Frequency Stage used for deep concentration, focus and learning. I have used this CD on many occasions when I have had deadlines, needed to write articles, papers or have fallen behind in my blogging. I have recommended it to my children who are in High School and college when they become stressed to the point that they can't get anything done. Within five minutes they are concentrating again and some of the papers and creativity that come out of their time with Brain Sync has amazed me.

This YouTube Video in particular gives an excellent explanation of Theta Brain Waves and how they are important in our overall brain health. I have not heard of listening and viewing the factals before...but indeed, I found that I fell in to a Theta state much quicker then with just the CD and Headphones.

Try it!

Peaceful Japanese Music

Here is a suggestion for the days that you are stuck at your computer and need to relax or you just need a break...check out one of the many YouTube videos that are being created for relaxation. This is one of my favorites...

I have always found Japanese Flute music to be so relaxing...along with any ambient Nature sounds set to soft music. Please stay tuned as I will have been doing research on The Mozart Effect, music, creativity and over all wellbeing.

Enjoy!
